Lee is a family-oriented individual who cherishes spending time with her husband Aaron and their two children, Mila and Max as well as their fur babies Freddy & Sonic. They often enjoy trips to their family holiday house in Dromana and unwind on the beach together. Lee is also a social person who relishes spending quality time with friends, savouring delicious food, and dancing.

Lee has a strong educational background, holding diplomas in Event & Hospitality Management and Public Relations. She has dedicated the past 18 years of her career to the Events Industry, particularly in the Superannuation sector. In 2019, Lee made the decision to join her husband Aaron and his exceptional team at EK Financial Group to contribute her skills and support their family business.

In her role, Lee oversees the client experience, making sure expectations are consistently exceeded. She also plays a crucial role in team morale, organising team-building activities and in- house staff events.
